Practice Emphasis

Mr. Potter maintains a broad practice throughout Oregon and Washington. He routinely defends medical and dental malpractice claims. He also defends other liability claims such as personal injury, wrongful death, general liability and products liability. Mr. Potter has tried and arbitrated cases in Oregon and Washington. Additionally, Mr. Potter represents health care providers before professional regulatory and licensing boards in Oregon and Washington, and advises medical providers on a broad range of health law issues.
