Clark R. Horner

Since joining the firm in 2004, Mr. Horner has focused his practice primarily in the defense of
medical malpractice lawsuits of all kinds, including birth trauma, failure to diagnose cancer, and
surgical claims. Mr. Horner is also experienced in general liability lawsuits, including Employer
Liability Law, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents.
