Gordon Welborn began as an associate in our Portland office in 1993. He became a Partner in 1995. Based upon requests of our clients based in Central and Eastern Oregon, Gordon and his family moved to Redmond to open our office in 1998. Since that time, Gordon has earned a strong reputation among the bench and bar in that region and throughout the state of Oregon. He continues to maintain a very active caseload that covers the entire state of Oregon and Washington.
Practice Emphasis
Defense of professional malpractice including medical, legal, dental, real estate and construction litigation. In addition, defense of premises liability claims, employment matters, governmental liability claims, trademark and copyright claims, products liability, motor vehicle and general liability claims. Mr. Welborn also practices in the area of business formation and dissolutions and real estate transactions.
