Practice Emphasis

Kelly’s practice focuses on general insurance defense, medical malpractice defense and long-term care defense. She averages several trials per year and has significant experience handling arbitrations and mediations. She is a member of the Multnomah Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Litigation section of the Oregon State Bar and American Bar Associations.

Practice Experience

Prior to moving to Portland, Ms. Giampa worked for six years with the Chicago, Illinois firm of Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey, specializing in medical malpractice defense. She served as a clerk with the Illinois Appellate Court, for Judge Daniel J. McNamara.
