The attorneys in the group regularly represent hospitals and providers in connection with medical staff bylaws issues, HIPAA compliance, corrective action procedures, contracts and risk management.
The group’s attorneys also represent individual health care providers before licensing boards, in disciplinary proceedings, and offer advice on contracts, practitioner recruitment agreements, independent contract agreements and insurance issues. The attorneys in this group also have significant experience in advising health care clients about compliance with governmental regulations.
