The appellate practice group, headed by Janet Schroer, has extensive experience in all types of appeals filed in Oregon. Ms. Schroer has argued numerous cases before the Oregon Court of Appeals, the Oregon Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and has handled cases in a number of other appellate courts.
