Practice Emphasis

Kimberlee’s practice focuses on various types of tort actions, including sexual discrimination and harassment, hostile work environment, ADA, and various complex employment law matters. She also handles municipal defense matters regarding various municipalities in the State of Oregon. She is a member of the employment law and litigation sections of the Oregon State Bar. She has served as chairperson of the Lane County Women’s Bar Association and has been a speaker at professional litigation seminars in Lane County and Multnomah County.
