- Defense verdict for an orthopedic spine surgeon who allegedly operated on the wrong level.
- Defense verdict for an urologist in a claim for wrongful death folllowing laser prostatectomy.
- Defense verdict for a general surgeon in a lawsuit filed by a patient who sustained a bowel perforation and incurred $1.3 million in medical bills.
