Jay is an experienced litigator, having tried cases in Oregon, Washington, California and American Samoa involving general liability, professional malpractice, product liability, workers’ compensation, environmental and contract claims. He has experience in representing both defendants and plaintiffs in litigation. This includes extensive trial experience as an assistant attorney general for the American Samoa Office of the Attorney General and with law firms in Oregon and California.
