Sarah Hallberg

Sarah Hallberg has nearly 10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal and legal assistant in Indiana and Oregon.  Her practice areas include insurance defense, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, Social Security disability appeals, family law, and property tax appeals.  Sarah finds satisfaction in her attention to detail and ability to solve problems.  She handles document analysis and management, fact investigation, electronic discovery, research, trial support, reports and exhibits in large and small cases.

Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys evenings of cooking and bingeing the latest TV series with her family at their registered historic home.  She loves hiking, camping, farmer’s markets, casual cups of coffee, and so many of the incredible things Portland has to offer.  She has been known in the past to teach tap dance classes – including to some partners, associates, and assistant colleagues at Hart Wagner!

Jayson Dunlap

Jayson Dunlap has over 20 years of paralegal experience in the state and federal courts of Oregon and Washington. Prior to joining Hart Wagner in 2014, Jayson spent 5 years as a freelance paralegal working for several of Portland’s most prominent firms and sole practice attorneys in a variety of legal fields, including complex litigation, personal injury, civil rights, legal malpractice, wind energy, and asbestos exposure. He also spent 8 years at a Portland firm specializing in complex corporate and commercial litigation, energy, public utilities, land use, civil rights, wage and hour, construction defect, and environmental law. 

At Hart Wagner, Jayson brings his skills to bear on the firm’s complex medical malpractice and long-term care defense cases. He manages the collection and analysis of medical records; conducts civil investigations; interviews and prepares lay and expert witnesses for depositions, mediation and trial; and drafts court pleadings and client reports. 

A native of South Carolina, Jayson prefers the cooler climate of the Pacific Northwest and enjoys spending his time away from the office cooking, exercising, taking photographs, writing and performing music, and reading for pleasure.

Dawn Garrison

As a litigation paralegal, Dawn Garrison does more than just wrangle paper.  Since entering the legal field in 1994, she has developed a keen eye for both seeing the big picture and identifying the core issues of a case.  Coupled with her curious nature, outstanding client rapport, interest in technology, and extensive trial experience, Dawn has been assisting Hart Wagner attorneys since 2002 with all phases of the litigation process, with a particular strength in complex medical cases.  

Dawn enjoys problem solving, exploring new ways to manage discovery, and sharing her knowledge with others, including testimony before a committee of the Oregon Legislature and a presentation to attorneys at an annual meeting of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel.

A native of Portland, she spends much of her free time wandering in the woods and researching her ancestors.

Michael Glickman

Michael Glickman has worked over 20 years as a litigation paralegal and legal assistant in California and Oregon.  He has extensive experience in managing discovery and information in large and small cases, and in a variety of formats – from old fashioned paper to complex extractions of computer/phone data and high volume litigation management software.  His areas of practice have included insurance defense, professional malpractice, general liability, construction, real estate, business & securities, labor & employment, class actions, probate and intellectual property. 

Outside the office Mike enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and all manner of outdoor, artistic, culinary and comic endeavors.
