Rachel is a civil litigation attorney whose practice focuses on defending health care professionals in medical malpractice and wrongful death lawsuits in Oregon and Washington. Additionally, she defends various general liability actions arising out of premises liability and motor vehicle accidents.
Second chaired trial and obtained a defense verdict in $1,300,000 million premises liability case.
Prevailed on summary judgment in $10,000,000 dental negligence case.
Prevailed on summary judgment in $500,000 wrongful termination, deprivation of rights, and defamation claims.
Obtained a defense verdict following a small claims trial on $10,000 claim arising out of inpatient nursing services.
Prevailed on summary judgment in $4,000,000 general liability action arising out of head-on motor vehicle accident.
Prevailed on summary judgment in $750,000 whistleblower claim.
Prevailed on summary judgment in $750,000 medical malpractice lawsuit arising out of an allegedly negligent melanoma removal surgery.
