Rachel is a civil litigation attorney whose practice focuses on defending health care professionals against medical malpractice and wrongful death claims. She also handles a broad scope of general liability actions, including motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, premises liability, and property damage. Additionally, Rachel defends employers in various employment lawsuits.
Prevailed on summary judgment in $500,000 wrongful termination, deprivation of rights, and defamation claims.
Obtained a defense verdict following a small claims trial on $10,000 claim arising out of inpatient nursing services.
Prevailed on summary judgment in $4,000,000 general liability action arising out of head-on motor vehicle accident.
Prevailed on summary judgment in $750,000 whistleblower claim against a public employer.
Prevailed on summary judgment in $750,000 medical malpractice lawsuit arising out of an allegedly negligent melanoma removal surgery.
